Buyan Dorj, a young talented chef, worked for several years with Franz Wiget in Restaurant Adelboden Steinen Switzerland (2 michelin stars, Gault-Millau 18) as Sous's boss. Now makes your own food concept and brings the philosophy of the new (HAUTE restaurant) to the plate with lots of joy and skill.
